What MUST one really do

There was a time when I liked to throw into discussions: "Sooner or later we are all going to die."
There was also a time when somebody said something like: "...must do...", "...has to be..."
I was replying like: "What must one really do? Dying? Only in certain religions."
Let me ponder more what one really MUST do (or MUST NOT do).
