Lovely day
From I ask questions
Done fixed
Currently non-Roman tracks/artists (e.g. Asian, Kyrillic, ...) are not correctly transmitted to last.fm.
It's only recognized as ??? :-( and it means also: tracks are not scrobbled

problem description
E.g. This track: ??? - Lovely Day is not yet listed as scrobbled though the scrobbler software seems to have sent it correct.
Perhaps due to Asian chars conversion problem? (in below log you can see the artist's name: 박신혜 appears 5 times)
- since other Asian artists get scrobbled: why not this one also?
- e.g. Thái Hiền - Bóng Cũ Chiều Mưa got scrobbled
- perhaps just a temporary display/cache problem on website, let's wait
- checked for general keywords like: error, fail
- no appearance in log file in that time interval
other tracks with this problem
the artist name appeared as ?'s in scrobbler:
temporary solution
for last.fm's scrobbler
1. in scrobbler menu: Tools > Options > Connection > Bandwidth Usage
- clear cache +
- deactivate artist images + info downloading
if 1. does not help:
2. scrobble normally, BUT: don't open scrobbler's window
for other ways
- see section 2 (listen from other services + send data to last.fm) in: Scrobble specific tracks on last.fm
system info
